For sale is a used pelleting line that has been pelletizing wood
fiber-based fertilizer with cattle manure and digestate for the past
four years (approximately 5,000 hours total).
It incorporates components from various well-known manufacturers, including the Amandus KAHL pellet press/continuous mixer, Bühler hammer mill/conditioner, CPM pellet cooler, Wynveen pellet screen, and Rako/Apullma conveying technology.
Capacity:
1. Wood chips with dried cattle manure: approx. 1.5 t/h
2. Dried, separated compost/dried digestate: approx. 2.5 t/h
3. According to the manufacturer, KAHL, the press can process up to 3 t/h of biomass.
The customer is now restructuring their operations, making this line available for sale. The preferred option is to sell the entire line, but individual components can be purchased separately by arrangement.
