Description
We sell our Essemtec FOX2 in the FOX2-PPD-SA version. The machine was built in August 2023. It has worked with us in the production of electronic prototypes and small series and is fully functional.
The FOX2 loads and dispenses on a work surface: The built-in jet dispensing head with two channels applies solder paste or adhesive directly to the machine, without the need for a separate stencil printer. For small batches with frequent product changes, this saves an entire work step.
Technical data according to the nameplate:
Type: FOX2-PPD-SA
Serial Number: 23020374
Year of construction: 08/2023
Connection: 230 V, peak power 1.7 kW
Feeder unit PC-TF 16-24, version C/N1/A2, 24 V, year 2023
Jet dosing head with two channels, each with level, compressed air, heating, sensor, actuator and worm drive
Numerous belt feeders and bar magazines, handheld barcode scanners
In addition, the following feeders are offered:
15 pieces EVO-TF8/2-V02: 8 mm double feeder, 30 feed lanes in total
8pcs PC-TF12: 12mm Roller Feeder
2pcs PC-TF16-24: Roller feeder, adjustable for 16–24 mm
