The FrymaKoruma MZM/VK7 is a laboratory and product development–scale toothed colloid mill, emulsifier, vacuum mixer or homogeniser designed for efficient liquid–solid phase refining, homogenizing, dispersing and emulsifying liquid to highly viscous products. It is suitable for the production of creams, ointments, gels, similar formulations or food products. The unit was previously operated in a mayonnaise production facility. The machine is mounted on a stainless steel frame equipped with two wheels, allowing for easy mobility. It features a double-jacketed conical hopper with an approximate working volume of 10 litres. The hopper is fitted with a lid incorporating a scraper agitator (0.09 kW, 380/220 V), a pressure indicator (–1000 mbar to 0 bar), and an inspection light with glass wiper. Two small open side hoppers with manual valves are provided for ingredient dosing. The system is equipped with a high-speed emulsifier fitted with a 100 mm diameter homogenising head. The emulsifier motor is 2,2 kW (220/380 V, 2.860 rpm, 50 Hz).
