KOMAX Alpha 433 L wire processing machine was built in 2007 in
Switzerland by KOMAX AG. The machine is used for the automatic
processing of wires used in electrical installations and industrial
applications. The process includes wire positioning, cutting,
stripping and crimping. All operations are performed within a single
cycle, without the need to manually move the wire between successive
workstations.
The KOMAX Alpha 433 L is designed to process wires with cross-sections
ranging from 0,20 to 6 mm2 and a maximum length of 65000 mm. The
machine is equipped with four mci 721 crimping modules with integrated
crimping force sensors and programmable crimp height adjustment. Once
processing is complete, the finished wires are marked directly on the
insulation. The markings can include an identification number, a
symbol or other information that facilitates the identification of the
wire during assembly and further production processes. The combination
of all these features guarantees the efficient preparation of cables
according to specified standards, whilst maintaining a high degree of
repeatability. The KOMAX Alpha automatic wire processing machine
weighs approximately 1250 kg.
