Machine à fermer les caisses PATTYN PI-3

This Pattyn PI-3 case closing machine is used in packaging lines, after the fillers, for closing of the cases filled with product. In this case it was used in a Margarine / Butter factory. Case dimensions: max L 400 x W 300 x H (flaps up) 500 mm and min L 300 x W 200 x H (flaps up) 200 mm. The thermo sealing of the bag protects the product. The working sequence consist of 3 stations: Station 1) Thermo sealing of the PE bags (the air is removed out of the bag before sealing). Station 2) Closing of the short flaps of the case (the long flaps are brought down to the short flaps). Station 3) Closing of the long flaps-top of the case with self-adhesive tape. The 3-in-1 stations are on line in one unit framework with plexiglass interlocked doors. Output of the machine: up to 8 cases per minute. Power: 3 kW - 380 V - 50 Hz. Compressed air: 50 NL/cycle.
