This Pattyn Razim bag forming / case lining machine is used for all industries requiring american size of cases with PE film lining for the bulk packaging of semi-liquids, granulates and other products. In this case it was used in a Margarine / Butter factory. Case dimensions: max L 420 x W 300 x H (flaps up) 550 mm and min L 180 x W 170 x H (flaps up) 200 mm. This machines makes flat bottomed bags of gusseted lay flat tubing. Four sealheads under 45° seal the corners and are followed by horizontal seal- and cut off head. The sealed corners of the bag prevent the intrusion of the product into the corners. Easy taking out of the product without tearing off the film. Low cost bags from standard reels of gussted lay-flat tubing. 2 Reel positions on the machine. The bag is opened by means of specially developed snap suction technology and then inserted into a case. Anti-static ionisers. Infeed height: 600 ± 50 mm for cases until 540 mm, 700 ± 50 mm for cases until 450 mm and 800 ± 50 mm for cases until 350 mm. One unit framework with plexiglass interlocked doors. Output of the machine: up to 10 cases per minute. Power: 3 kW - 380 V - 50 Hz. Compressed air: 60 NL/cycle. Air pressure: 6 bar.
