Overview This RINK automatic screw cap remover (unscrewer) was
manufactured in 2020 and is designed for the automatic removal of
screw caps from returnable glass bottles before the containers enter
the bottle washing process. The machine was installed in a
high-capacity returnable glass bottling line with a capacity of
approximately 2,000 crates per hour. Systems of this type are
typically positioned upstream of the bottle washer to ensure that
bottles enter the cleaning process without closures. The machine is
configured for 0.75 L GDB bottles in 12-bottle crates and includes
format equipment for different crate variants. The system operates
with cross-flow crate transport and a crate infeed direction from left
to right. The installation includes a cap discharge system and blower
