Récipients de procédé Fabricant : DIESSEL Capacité 195 litres Acier inoxydable, poli Réservoir de brassage mobile, sans pression, à double chemise, en acier inoxydable avec couvercle articulé, grille de sécurité au-dessus de l’ouverture du conteneur et de la sortie inférieure. Le réservoir est monté sur un châssis mobile avec des roulettes pivotantes (dont deux sont équipées de freins à main). L’agitateur centralement est entraîné par une tête d’agitateur VISCO JET certifiée ATEX, qui est entraînée par un moteur électrique anti-explosion séparé. Il est contrôlé via une cabine de contrôle en acier inoxydable avec des composants Siemens et Eaton. Le système convient à une utilisation dans la zone ATEX (voir agitateur/moteur de marquage).

L’unité diesel DICAR 04 est un système de carbonatation destiné au procédé de production professionnelle de boissons. Équipé d’un convertisseur de CO₂ DI-TRACO Type 4 (4–20 mA = 0–10 g/l CO₂) et d’un contrôleur PLC Siemens S7, le système permet une carbonatation précise et constante des boissons gazeuses, de l’eau et des produits contenant des fruits. Avec des connexions intégrées pour l’alimentation en CO₂, le contrôle des procédés et le nettoyage CIP en option, l’unité DICAR 04 garantit un fonctionnement hygiénique, sûr et efficace. Leur conception robuste et leurs capacités d’automatisation en font une solution fiable pour les lignes de production modernes de boissons.
