High-speed tube filler for pastes and liquids. Typically for cosmetics such as make-up, creams, general care products such as shower gel, hair shampoo, hair gel, toothpaste, sun blocker etc. Suitable for pre-made tubes (with closed cap) made of plastic, aluminum or laminated composite material. Fully automatic feeding, alignment of the tubes (rotation in the mould) based on print markings as well as filling and sealing of the tubes. Before filling, the tube is air-flushed to prevent contamination. No-tube-no-filling is also a standard function. External tube feed lift, water chiller, batch/date printer and dosing unit, consisting of pneumatic piston pump and storage hopper with level sensor, are included. PLC controlled, operation via touchscreen.
