BARGSTEDT R TBH22/D/30/12 stacking machine was built in 2003 in
Germany by BARGSTEDT Handlingsysteme GmbH. The machine is designed to
automatically stack boards into neat, stable stacks. It improves the
preparation of sawn timber for storage, drying, transport or further
machining, reducing the need for manual handling and stacking of heavy
timber elements. As a result, the BARGSTEDT R TBH22/D/30/12 is ideal
for sawmills and timber machining plants.
The R TBH22/D/30/12 lumber stacker automatically picks up boards with
a maximum length of 2500 mm and a width of 1300 mm from two chambers
using vacuum suction cups. In the working area, the positioning system
aligns and correctly arranges the boards, forming a stable stack of a
set height. The BARGSTEDT stacking machine can also be integrated with
other machines operating in the plant, which increases production
efficiency and improves work safety. The total weight of the machine
is 3000 kg.
