This 2019 CMA Machine Tools 3RD CNC 4506 is a high-performance
machining center featuring an OMRON industrial 15.4 touchscreen
Controller. With 3 (X/Y/Z) controlled axes and 3 (X/Y/Z helical
interpolation) simultaneous axes, it offers a generous X-axis travel
of 4500 mm, Y-axis travel of 600 mm, and Z-axis travel of 450 mm. The
BT40 (MAS 403 BT) spindle delivers up to 4000 rpm, 13.1 kW power, and
125 Nm torque. Equipped with a 10-position rotary tool magazine and 4
bar coolant through spindle, this machine is optimized for structural
parts. With only 692 spindle working hours, this CE-compliant unit
includes an emulsion coolant system, chip conveyor, and advanced
programming capabilities for efficient production.
